Sean Lennon On SNL tomorrow!
-
He will be performing Happy Xmas (War Is Over) and it sounds like Julian will be there too!!
-
I'll be watching it!
-
When Sean referred to “my brother and my best mate” he must have just meant Mark Ronson.
-
I must confess Nancy, I didn't see Sean Ono Lennon's name mentioned as guests on SNL so I assumed that Sean was not going to be on SNL. Thank you for posting this Nancy, I'm seeing this for the first time.

You’re welcome!

What a strange pair up. Sean with Miley Cyrus & Mark Ronson.

I would have never believed it, it would be like pairing Julian Lennon with Britney Spears!

I don’t know. It seemed to work out fine. Sean said on Twitter that Mark was his “brother and best mate.” Don’t know how Miley got involved, but she probably knows Mark. She does:
The sound man screwed up though and her mic was too high and Sean’s was too low! You couldn’t hear the instruments very well either.

It seems that Miley has a different flavor every month!

Oh yeah, it worked out fine...I just meant it was an odd combination.
And the sound *is* usually terrible on that show. Paul always sounds bad there.

Hi oobu! You're right, the sound quality has always sounded bad on SNL! When THE STONES appeared on SNL for the first time in the late 70's with the ORIGINAL "Not Ready For Prime Time" cast, the sound quality was not very good at all!

New video: (you can hear Sean now!)
-
It does sound better now, thanks Nancy!

Embarrassing perfomrance. At least Yoko stayed home.

*confused* What is embarrassing about it?
