‘Yesterday’: Remember The Beatles? Only One Guy Does In Danny Boyle’s New Film

Just out...deleted scenes.

I saw the movie, and I did not like it. I did not know Ringo co-wrote all and I mean ALL of the songs with Paul.
Bond villain Robert Carlyle who played John was good.
but I didn't like the movie. No story on film and too fast for the ending.

The videoassit for this movie was operated by George Harrison (but not THAT George)
Sam Okell and Guy Massey were involved in this film.
Jeff Jones and Jonathan Clyde were thanked.
WHY???Marty and the Sony/ATV gang were thanked. Can't stop that.

What are you talking about Ringo co-wrote the songs? I just watched the film with the commentary (and subtitles turned on) and the songs said Lennon/McCartney or Harrison.
Sorry you didn’t like the film. I loved it!
Was sorry that the deleted scenes did not include those that they filmed of “Ringo & George” and “Paul.” There was an extended scene with James Corden (dream sequence)

A guy on FB wrote this (something I hadn't noticed or thought about)
Was just watching "Yesterday" again last night, and John Lennon had no idea who Jack was!?!?!? Didn't he see Jack all over the "telly"??? Jack had been all over the place for over a month, and John was totally oblivious to Jack showing up at his door!!! Strange!
This is me writing now:
And apparently you could see a TV sitting there in the front room of the house, and we all know what an avid TV watcher John was!

Yes, but there is no aerial or sat dish on the property so he probably just uses the tv for watching dvds on....which is exactly what I use my main tv for.

What about cable or fiberoptic underground lines?
Anyway, the other strange thing was that John never asks Jack why he was so happy to meet him! He should have said "How do you know me and that I'm from Liverpool?"

WTF is Shingle Street?

☆☆☆☆☆☆Spoiler Alert, dont' read if you haven't seen it yet☆☆☆☆☆☆
Saw the movie and really enjoyed it!!! Thought of it as a parallel universe, where there were no BeaTles, Oasis, Coca Cola, or cigarettes.
Wish Chris Martin was in it.
I don't think the UK has as much cable coverage as in the US. When I looked at some real estate ads, they had on the property listings, the speed of the cable in the area. You have to remember, England has been around for so long, many homes and businesses went back to the 14th, 15th century. Especially in the villages, things did not come all prewired or with bathrooms, in those days. When adding, after the fact, it's not as easy to do.

WTF is Shingle Street?
Its a small hamlet on the Suffolk (east England) coast, about 40 miles 'up the road' from where I live. I've been there a few times over the years and recognised the 'Beacons bungalow' straight away. The cover photography for Virginia Astley's 1985 single 'Tender' was taken there and Thomas Dolby recorded a song about the place too.
The 'John Lennon' bungalow' can be seen in this footage on the rhs, between 0:44 - 0:50
.

You're very welcome. I should add that a lot of the filming was done in the Suffolk and (I think) neighbouring Norfolk area.

The movie is going to premiere on HBO Sat. Mar. 7th at 8 pm. I'm sure it will be repeated a number of times.
