They neglect to mention that The Beatles had the top FIVE spots in April 1964! (Someone in the comment section pointed that out, thankfully!)

She was on James Cordon last night and was humbled and shocked by it. I remember when The Beatles had the 5 top spots very well. I was at the perfect teenage age to enjoy it all. It is one of those Life Blessings, that I will treasure forever!! 🙂

The original Billboard article did explain that. Buzzfeed left it out.

It says a lot that it took someone 55 years to get the top 3.  None of those bands that were supposed to be the next Beatles got more than one or two, apparently.

How long will it take for someone to get the top 5?

                Hopefully never! 😉

Ariana Grande and the Beatles have even more in common than sales records

🙄 There is no way Ariana Grande will be remembered in 55 years like the Beatles are. Let alone the Beatles festivals, tribute bands, remastered box sets of their albums, books, etc. etc.!
