^ You and I are totally opposite on this - I won't see ANY concert unless it is in an air conditioned arena and I have a seat! I'm also someone who plans things way ahead and would never buy a seat on the day of a concert.

I know, haha, we had this discussion before about seats vs. standing. It's just rock and rolllllll.

I've gotten so many of my best and closest seats either the day before or on the day of... PM 5th row, Eagles 3rd row center in front of Joe Walsh etc.!!! I've even gone to venues with no ticket and got in with a ticket someone sold me right outside, including sweating at outdoor events, or losing your flip flops in a muddy psychedelic Forrest heading to see Paul at the Firefly Festival or standing in the rain under a clear poncho, outside an ancient arena, listening to Paul's warm-up songs in beautiful Verona Italy, standing jammed shoulder to shoulder with new friends jumping up and down and dancing with your new friend Santa Claus at the Austin City limits!! Rock and Rollllll is right... and I like it Wooooohooo

            Nancy you are missing out!

That's the spirit!   Great description of various experiences, I can only agree with that and confirm I've got similar priceless memories. These days I never buy a ticket for a show any more, unless it's a gig I'm sure I'm attending which is high in demand of course.

He needs to do some more U.K. dates - it's unfair that he's basically teasing the home crowd by playing Glastonbury but no other shows. Glasto sold out months ago before Macca was announced!

Paul will return to the UK sooner or later. He performed in Liverpool, Glasgow and London 13 months ago, so this time he's going to places he hasn't been to in a while (or ever) in Europe.

Nearly every year he does a few shows in the US during the Summer/Fall, so those will probably be the next announcements.

No, at this stage now he needs to stick to home more

Do you mean the UK? If so, a few dates could probably cover it. The thing with countries like the US is they're so big it's impossible to really get around in just one or two stops.

Yes home is the U.K. for me and Macca. I appreciate the size of the USA but he plays there every year . Yes people have to travel but people have to travel in the U.K. too. It's time he plays home again before it's too late, 3 years between gigs (2015-2018) is a very long time at his age.

Yes, definitely keeping my fingers crossed. Maybe he could do a couple in the UK, and then some US cities he hasn't hit in a while. He would probably have time for that. When I saw him in August 2014 the announcement wasn't made until April, so I guess there's still a strong possibility of more shows being announced later this spring that could be for late summer or early fall.

I will be surprised if no other shows happen this year after Glastonbury. It's still early, more announcements will surely come in a few months' time.

Yeah, I have a feeling more announcements will be coming April or May–kind of like what happened with my concert. But then again, you just never know.

Yeah, true. But then again, he did 21 shows last year, and he's only got 11 scheduled so far this year. Maybe he's slowing down, but he also has room for a few more if he decided to.

Whatever happened to that rumor of a concert in Greece?

Perhaps the folks behind it just wanted to create some buzz for their event by showing an acoustic guitar and Paul's name, without any real negotiations going on.

I hope it will come true. Has that rumour been mentioned to the general public by the local radio/TV/newspapers?

I hope it will come true. Has that rumour been mentioned to the general public by the local radio/TV/newspapers?

Yeah, I'm skeptical. I haven't heard legitimate rumors of ANYTHING for months now.

Yes, all the main newspapers published it a few days ago.  They mentioned that ticket prices will apparently be around 400 to 1200ILS (120-350 USD).

It that within the price range usually charged by other big international artists that play in Tel Aviv?

Regarding the possible date of the concert, I think that May (before the concerts in France) is more likely than June (pretty full schedule already).
