Ciao, ma si sa dove si può vedere la disposizione dei posti? Perché ok spendere 200 e passa euro, ma almeno capire se si è proprio in prima fila o moooolto più indietro .
Grazieeee

Lucca's city walls are a terrible location for a gig! Last year the Rolling Stones' gig was tragic!
It would be better to choose other locations for italian gigs!

Thanks for letting us all know, I'll let my friends in Europe know about it. Is it a sound issue ?

Two tickets ordered and I got the soundcheck package as well. I've paid half the money now and the rest is due in April. It was cheaper buying through Event Travel than the link to the Italian site. So so happy. We did consider the Naples gig but it is too close to the end of my daughter's exams.

Has anyone had experience with Event Travel delivering ticket packages while already on the road? Ideally they would be able to offer a delivery option at the venue the day of the show. I would like to do the Hot Sound package for Lucca but I will already be travelling and probably not be home in the 7-10 day window they state for signed delivery prior to the event.

You can arrange to have them delivered to your hotel (or wherever you are staying if someone can sign for them). I had mine sent to my Liverpool hotel last December and they were waiting for me when I arrived in town a couple of days before the show. I kept in touch with Event Travel via email and had confirmation when they sent the tickets and when they were received by the hotel. I don’t know if they can have them delivered to the venue, tho, especially this one, since it’s not a typical arena with a box office. You’d have to ask them.

General sales now available for the concert in Lucca.
Even though it's no longer a pre-sale, they're still charging the pre-sale fee.
Is this standard procedure for concerts in Italy or is it a mistake?

Does anyone know the capacity for the concert on the wall of Lucca?

In Itay the pre-sale started last Friday for the fans and to day for the others. If you buy a ticket , you must pay also the pre-sale fee. Hoping to see you in Lucca, Carlos.

I think about 50.000 people.

In Italy, the only way not to pay the pre-sale fees is to buy the ticket on the day of the event at the box office. I know it's a scam, because the show may be sold out then. I don't know how that works in other countries.

The press is stating 40.000 people.
When I was there for the Rolling Stones a couple of years ago it was around 60-65.000.

Thanks. I decided to go with the seated VIP sky box package on Ticket One. It doesn't include sound check but I'm still waiting for Paul to get rid of that mini stage before I do Hot Sound again. This particular package can only be picked up at the venue the day of the event so that elimates the anxiety over ticket delivery issues.
