You're both welcome, bernie1cat and joebow. I believe Ticketmaster France will refund us without causing problems, though it may take a while due to the high demand.

Update regarding Paul's Italian concerts:
https://www.ticketone.it/campaign/en/covid-19/
According to the new dispositions referred to in Article 88 of the Decree Cura Italia (D.L. n. 18/2020), and the consequent decisions taken by the Event Promoter, tickets for the events that have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 health emergency and were scheduled until July 31st 2020 will be reimbursed through a voucher.
Once a voucher has been issued, it could be used online at TicketOne.it exclusively to purchase tickets for future events scheduled by the same Organizer.

Who wants a voucher!? I bet no one. People who bought Paul McCartney tickets want to see only Paul and no one else. They should give back everyone's money, that is the only fair and correct way! I hope Paul will look into this. This is outrageous.

I agree 100%, and Italy is the only country offering those useless vouchers. Ticket sellers in France and Spain have already said they will issue refunds by credit card.

"Event Tickets
When an event is cancelled at destination, consumers are entitled to seek a refund of their tickets, if not already offered by the promoter or organiser. If the event organiser is based within the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway and Iceland, the European Consumer Centre (ECC) Ireland may be able to assist consumers who run into difficulty in their dealings with the organiser."
I think by european law (could be wrong about that) they have to refund the tickets if it is cancelled... that seems to be what the "European Consumer Centre (ECC) Ireland" say on their site anyway.

So sad I'm not in France today.
Wondering if they will extend Linda's Polaroid exhibit in Berlin?

Saw this on FB. A petition for anyone wanting refunds instead of vouchers for the shows in Italy.

And I will miss Linda's exhibit at the Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool because Beatleweek cancelled!

Oh bummer, when was BeaTleweek? I know your sadness. I was going to Liverpool with my one friend and to see Paul play in France, going to Paris and Versailles, then taking a train to Berlin to see Linda's Polaroids. Was going to see the Magritte Museum in Belgium and then try to pursuade my friends to go to Austria and do the Mozart classical thing and then the Black Forrest to buy a deluxe German coo coo clock and do the German Beer fest thing. Then take a cruise in the footsteps of Apostle Paul in November...
soooooo sad.

It was supposed to be Aug. 27-Sept. 1. We were going to go to London Sept. 2-7 as well. So, everything will be put off until Beatleweek 2021. We have insurance, but I'm trying to get refunds or vouchers from the 2 hotels. Delta returned the 100,000 sky miles I used to pay for our tickets.
Your trip would have been great! Will you go in 2021? Or only if Paul reschedules his concert? -

Thank you. I have signed this petition. I'd be grateful if others on this forum could do the same.

Thanks. I'll also email them today as I'm very unhappy about being offered a voucher instead of full cash refund. I'm based in Hong Kong and, but for a Macca concert, wouldn't ordinarily travel to Italy! Please can you keep us updated on any responses you get. I will do the same.

Italian fans made this great video protesting against the vouchers.

NOT ONLY ARE WE SAD THAT PAUL MCCARTNEY TOUR IS CANCELLED DUE TO THE COVID 19 CRISES.
BUT TO NAME AND SAME EVENT TRAVEL WHO SOLD PAUL MCCARTNEY'S TOUR ARE STEALING MONEY FROM THE FANS BY KEEPING 29 POUNDS AS A CANCELLATION FEE. THIS IS SO UNFAIR TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE HEALTH SITUATION TO KEEP 29 POUNDS ON THE MILLIONS TICKETS THEY HAVE TO REFUND.
EVENT TRAVEL ARE THE DISGRACE OF THE MUSIC COMMUNITY.
WHO AMONG YOU ARE IN THE SAME SITUATION ?
SHOUT IT LOUD !!! SHAME TO EVENT TRAVEL.
