I have asked for a cash refund, but no reply yet.

Hi, can you PM me the email address for ticket one.it? I have emailed the event organiser and McCartney website.

I am sure that the Italian legislation is inconsistent with EU law.

You can dispte the charge with PayPal but from personal experience they generally side with the merchant even when the law is on your side.

So sad  I'm not in France today.😢

Wondering if they will extend Linda's Polaroid exhibit in Berlin?

Yes, it's been extended till September. The exhibition venue has reopened now. I'm thinking about going in July. We could go together if you want. 🙂

Unfortunately, Germany also has that pointless voucher policy that Italy has. The e-mails I got from eventim didn't say whether I'd get the money back. If you don't use the voucher by the end of next year you get the money back - provided the organiser hasn't gone bankrupt until then. I even have to send in the actual tickets for Hannover and dish out additional postage.

Got refunded off ticketmaster.fr today for the Paris gig. Less than 2 weeks since submitting form.

Hopefully all boardies will have the same soon.

Good news to hear it has been extended!  Trying to figure out the logistics.  I'm wondering if the exhibit will come to the U.S.  next? Hoping to get to see it.

                      Yes me too...

I sent my concert ticket, along with the form that they asked me to print out and fill in, to France from the U.K. This was not ideal in the first place, having to go to a post office to get international postage arranged etc.

Now, one month later I am still waiting for the refund.

I actually got a refund for the Hannover concert but not without Eventim charging some mysterious fees for processing the refund, of course. But everyone already knows what a shady business they are. So not surprised. But anyway, happy I got (most of) the money back

                          HURRAY!

Good news for those who had bought tickets in Italy. The amendment at the Decreto Rilancio, which provides for  the refund, has been approved by  the Senato this morning,

Now the DL will return to the Camera for the settlement in law!

I know we got our money back for Lille. Mine was a birthday gift, however, I believe the credit card companies returned the money to all of my friends accounts.
