I suspect loads of magazines have been caught out by the sudden delay.

I wonder if they'll re-run their features this time next year?

Maybe this will give MPL more of a opening to release hopefully the next Archive / Remaster Set of London Town and Back to the Egg.  As many have said, the LT and BTTE sessions have loads of more unreleased songs, B-sides, live versions from the 1979 European shows etc.   Spring or Summer of 2021 might be a great time.

It's not that I'm not looking forward to the 2 disc FP Set but a conquerable 2 Disc Set for LT and BTTE would potentially have many more "extra" songs not on the original albums.  On the FP special 2 Disc set, there are only 6 totally different FP album songs not on the FP original release.  They are Whole Life, C'mon Down C'mon Baby, Looking for You, Broomstick, Love Come Tumbling Down and Same Love.  As others have said, too many "home recordings" of the same songs fill up the rest of the "extra" FP CD.  In Contrast, the Red Rose Speedway 2nd Disc on the Special 2 Disc Set for the 2018 Archive Release of Red Rose had like 20 different songs .  Potentially a special 2 disc Set for BTTE /London Town would have many more "extra' songs and that is why I'm looking forward to the next Archive Release.  Hoping it is BTTE and London Town.

I know what you mean.  I was a bit more excited when I heard the original list of songs... however, it would have been more pricey. I'm most likely getting the Deluxe set, would really like the Premium set with the vinyls but it's a bit much for the budget.

BTTE and Town is one of my fav albums, so I'm also hoping for that next! Fingers Crossed. Always wanting the most extra songs possible!

Totally!  Release it now....via Disney streaming or whatever/however.  This year is the anniversary and the group is hot.  Another year?  Don't wait.  Who knows.  Ringo and Paul aren't getting any younger.  And neither are we.  I hope to read sometime that Apple is busy giving "Rubber Soul" and "Revolver" the grand treatment given to "Pepper," "Abbey Road," and "The White Album." Rubber Sould" has always been my favorite....with "We can Work It Out" and "Day Tripper" added.  When I forst heard "Nowhere Man" remixed for the "Yellow Submarine Songtrack" album, I was struck by how gorgeous it sounded with the vocals coming out of the center and everything nicely placed in the mix.... just sounding so much richer.  That entire album can achieve that.....and more.   But I digress.  Reconsider the release date for the Get Back project!!!  laugh
