Would like to recommend Mary McCartney's 2 wonderful cookbooks! They are excellent.  For Paul's Birthday, I'm going to make the lovely looking Portobello Mushroom and walnut Wellingtons. It looked very yummy. There was a video by a chef, for the recipe on the Meat Free Monday site, have been looking for that again.  I'll even try the Margarita recipe for a toast to Paul's birthday! Salud Paul 🎶🎉🍰🎈

"Ditch meat for his 78th birthday"--it can't be for that sliced dill pickle sandwich, dripping with mayo, I saw online (shudders), it looked icky
