I'm glad he ended up going with Candlestick afterall! Now, not to plant fear.. but I just hope history doesn't repeat itself! NAWWW...Paul will never retire from touring! He better not, anyway!

just booked hotel a mile from Candlestick--- hoping to get a ticket

I've been wanted to visit SF again so this seems too good to miss! Anyone know of a good hotel close to the venue for a reasonable price? So do fan club tickets go on pre-sale on Monday? I'm traveling down south this weekend so this might be tricky.

It is not located in a decent part of the city, no nearby restaurants. The parking will be atrocious , so hopefully there will be special transportation set up for the event. I can't wait!!

Desperate for decent tickets for this. My sister-in-law to be loves the Stick, and I want the 4 of us to be able to sit together not in the nose bleeds. Fingers crossed!

I think Candlestick is close to downtown so I'm thinking staying in downtown close to water and just bus/cab to this...

I will be flying there, going to the concert, and flying back. I have to do this economically, which means I'd be flying into Oakland. Any Californians know how long would it take to cab from Oakland to Candlestick?
