Thanks. I'll add the photo of us as soon as I receive it. Might be awhile, but that's ok. I'll probably add concert pics to my blog later today. They didn't come out very well, but it's all good. lol

Wow. The arrogance. "If you missed the show, it was your fault." Whaaaaaaaattt??? Yeah, leaving four hours early isn't enough time in San Francisco. :

Totally agree with you. Why is it that a stadium that can hold 70,000 during football season, has never had this problem when the 49'ers played there? Something went horribly wrong.

A 49er season ticket holder since the 70s and have never heard of such a fiasco getting in or out of the stick even for play off games, etc. My hotel was 5 miles away and I didn't get there till almost 2 am. So sorry for those who missed it completely. Can hardly believe it!

I am just stunned at the arrogance of Gregg Perloff It was difficult to enjoy the concert knowing all my friends and co-workers from SF never got in. Also, Candlestick has always been extremely poorly managed by the city of SF. - It can take 1.5 hours to get in to the parking lot, and 2.5 to leave. The promoter should have stepped up a TINY bit. The biggest error is lettng in 2,000 tailgaters without tickets to the parking lot. listen to this guy! http://www.kgoradio.com/common/page.php?pt=Thousands+Get+Candlestuck+at+Paul+McCartney+Candlestick+Show&id=87074&is_corp=0 https://www.facebook.com/groups/PAULREFUND/705479879501058/?comment_id=705512876164425&notif_t=like http://www.eastbayexpress.com/oakland/gregg-perloff-is-the-new-bill-graham/Content?oid=1091223

Lucky I got into the venue with plenty of time to spare, and seein g Long Tall Sally played was worth every cent and every flying hour from Australia.

So sorry to hear that folks never made it in!!! I couldn't imagine. We moved from center city to a much closer hotel the day before because many of the folks that live out there warned us about traffic. We were in the lot at least a hour and a half after the show but I'm not complaining!
