Just curious as to how long it takes to get the tickets purchased from the presales on this website. I purchased tickets for Milwaukee a little over two weeks ago. I am selling them to a friend and want to give him an idea when they will arrive. I bought two on StubHub (way overpriced of course) and got them a few days ago.

The PM.com/Crowdsurge tickets ship around 2-3 weeks before each show, I believe. I just got my tracking emails for my two Orlando shows yesterday.... (The shows are 5/18 and 5/19). They are already on the FedEx truck, out for delivery today. (I paid extra for "SOS Overnight Delivery".)

Well, you'll get an email with your tracking number, once they are sent out... Once Crowdsurge emails you the tracking number, you can call FedEx, and arrange to have the package held at your local FedEx office, and you can pick them up when you get back from your vacation.

Thanks for the info rlj. Now the friend informs me he doesn't want the tickets. Ugh. I put them up on StubHub but I'm not too hopeful. I also listed them in this forum. Hopefully I won't be stuck with $1500 worth of tickets!

Eh...I bought them for myself and my son. My son wanted me to try for better tickets on StubHub, so I've been putting out "feelers" for people who might want them. He said he'd "check" with a friend. I guess I assumed he'd buy them when maybe that wasn't the case.

I really don't care about Ticketmaster. The question was how long it took to get tickets ordered from THIS site...on PaulMcCartney.com

yeah, let's try to keep this thread strictly about the paulmccartney.com/Crowdsurge tickets.... I think that was the original intention....

When will I receive my tickets? Please note that generally all tickets are sent 2-4 weeks before the show. This is because for most shows we receive the tickets for the event ourselves 2-4 weeks before event date. Once your ticket order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email notification*. Should your selected delivery method contain a tracking number/reference, this will included in the email notification for you to monitor the delivery status. * please insure that you do check your spam/junk email filters as this email notification can be blocked as spam by certain email applications. You can also log in to your account on CrowdSurge to check whether your tickets have been sent and retrieve your Tracking Reference Number where applicable. If you?re unable to log in then please refer to our account log in help page. If the event is less than 5 days away and you still have not received any Dispatch Confirmation email then please use the link at the bottom of this page to send us a query. Please include your Order ID number, email address that the tickets were purchased with and the details about the relevant show. support@crowdsurge.com

My experience has varied with Crowd Surge. There were times I had received the tickets about 3 weeks prior, others not on time so I had to pick them up at box office. They're difficult to sell to others because it's hard to guess when they'll come in.

I received both of my Orlando (5/18 and 5/19) Crowdsurge packages from FedEx, earlier this afternoon. Keep in mind, they require signature for delivery. I had to run out quickly to do an errand, so i taped a signed note on my door, just in case I missed FedEx. And sure enough, the packages were waiting at my door when I got back.

I will never buy tickets through Crowdsurge again. There were no two seats together and I logged on immediately at 9am. I should have waited and gotten them through Live Nation. Now I'm not sure when I'll get the tickets or whether I'll be able to sell them. This is turning into a very expensive concert.

With Crowdsurge, they tend to make you wait longer, but if you're familiar with their system, you often can get far better seats than you would from Ticketmaster, et al. For Orlando, I got 2nd row floor (F1, row B).... at regular non-VIP package price of $275 each. I'd have no shot in hell in getting seats like that on Ticketmaster, unless I splurged on those $1500 packages, or however much they are. So for the slightly less convenient delivery time, I think it's a fair trade-off...

I got nothing remotely close to those kinds of tickets. As I said, I logged on immediately when tickets went on sale and the only ones available on the field were single tickets and closest was 11th row in the next section over from center. There was a local presale 2 days later and still no 2 seats together but comparable as far as rows.I should've just stuck with those tickets but my son didn't want to sit alone. Makes me ill thinking what I paid for center section 17th row for 2 seats together.

Just wondering, I purchased my tickets over two weeks ago through PM's website using CrowdSurge and I still haven't received my tickets. Is this site legit & if not why is it being used on Paul's website? Just wondering if I need to put in a complaint to my credit card company in order to get my $500+ back. Frustrated.
