How long does it take to get tickets ordered via CrowdSurge?

Just wondering, I purchased my tickets over two weeks ago through PM's website using CrowdSurge and I still haven't received my tickets. Is this site legit & if not why is it being used on Paul's website? Just wondering if I need to put in a complaint to my credit card company in order to get my $500+ back. Frustrated.

Phew! I was worried that I didn't get my tickets yet for Quebec, that I ordered about 2-3 weeks ago. First time I've ordered through this site, so I will get them only some time in July? The show is July 23?

I really hope that we will get the Quebec tickets in time. They have to send them to Amsterdam (where I live). We are leaving for the USA and Canada on july the 20th.
