Email Change! Where?

My email address and password for the forum are ancient but there is no edit button so I can get my details up to date! How do I change it please? I don't want to have to deactivate/leave.

If you click on the 'body' symbol (top right corner of the page) and then click on Settings, you can change your email address and password there. You might be clicking on My Account,where your email address is displayed but where you can't change it.
