Ringo interviewed by Rolling Stone.  At the end of the article there's a video of Ringo talking about songwriting and how he met up with The Beatles in the early days in Hamburg.

Paul is featured here in Ringo's instagram preview of a portion of the video for "Here's to the Night". It starts at 1:15 . (What is that stuffed animal that Paul is holding? 🙂

Just posted on youtube--- the full video of "Here's to the Nights".

Nice footage of Paul and great visual effects of a virtual stadium concert with the singers.

I'm pleased so many people cooperated and agreed to participate.  Nice catchy song.  But....the only backing vocals I hear are Paul's and Sheryl Crow's voices. I mean it was  very nice of Chris Stapelton, but it wasn't even remotely possible that we could or would ever hear him...or Dave Grohl for that matter.  Ringo sang very well!!!  The way he held that last note for a lengthy period  without the slightest waver in hs voice was impressive!!!  And, he sounds exactly like he did back with The Beatles.  HIs 80-year old voice is holding up nicely!!!  Maybe he could share a secret or two with Paul regarding that.    wink

I agree! Ringo never "punished" his singing voice like Paul did though, so it's not surprising to me that it's held up so well.

He never even sang much when he was with the Beatles.

In addition, Ringo songs are all basically in the same range. Paul sings song like "Helter Skelter" and then does something like "Yesterday". Paul does all the singing in almost 3 hour shows, Ringo shares vocals with the "All Stars"

I received the Zoom In EP today from Udiscover and the envelope it came in looked like it had been through the war, and the CD case was badly cracked on both sides. Didn't remove the wrapper. Wrote to them and they asked for photos of everything which I sent. They're sending me a replacement (even though the CD itself somehow came through unscathed!)

UDiscover is awful. The one experience I had ordering from them convinced me to never, ever do it again.
