Incredible to think they started out as a bunch of lads who just enjoyed playing rock 'n roll. If anyone had told them that sixty years later Liverpool University would be offering a degree course about them, they would have laughed their socks off. Me, I'll just stick to enjoying their music.

Wondering about the job field with a degree in The Beatles? Was thinking NancyR and Kestrel would probably ace this or could teach a class on dating photos by haircut, mustache and clothes worn. I would like to take that course, as their knowledge always impresses me!

Thanks! What would really be cool would be if Paul and Ringo could be guest lecturers and we could ask the questions we've been dying to ask all these years! Like, "Paul, is it black mountain or black minin' in Rocky Raccoon?"

Unfortunately the rest of my questions for Paul would be X-rated! (Private teacher conference?)

Yes, I agreed it was Minin' and you're right - Paul wouldn't remember. You'd have to have him relisten to the song with earphones and then ask him! If he said Minin' I'd ask him why the lyrics on the damn poster say Mountain!
