Air Temperature in Arena
-
I am trying to plan what to wear. Is it freezing when you enter an arena?

It probably won't be "freezing," but bringing along a light jacket isn't a bad idea, especially if your prone to being cold.
-
And one of the more unusual questions...
-
Wouldn't it really depend on the venue & the temp outside?
-
How on earth did we ever buy tickets for and attend concerts before there was social media???

BTW RM...there is a pic you should see in the sons & daughters thread!

They are both very beautiful.

It won't be fun if the a/c is on full blast freezing in a short sleeve t-shirt which is why I asked for other's experience!

In an arena I always wear jeans, a t shirt, comfortable shoes, and maybe a light blazer in case AC is out of control. Or a long sleeve pullover I can take off and tie around my waste in case it gets warm in doors. In fact, that is how I dress out doors too, unless it is chilly. Then a heavy sweater. Any colder and I stay home!
-
depends on where your sest is. are you on the floor? can get warm if you are near the front and everyone stands up because the seats are usually crammed together.
-
Air conditioning is another element that can affect one's vocal performance. Aretha Franklin has a strict clause in her performance deals that the a/c must be off. Case in point: Watch the numerous audience members fanning themselves at the 1998 VH-1 Divas concert-special held in her honor.

To tell you the truth, once Paul appeared on stage, I felt warm. VERY warm.

The one that still makes me shake my head... "How do I buy tickets?" FFS

Agree with the other post, depends where you are. If you'll be sitting (and you tend to run cold) take a cardigan that you can easily take on or off. I'm an on the floor, jumping up and down kinda person --- plus there's the Paul hotness factor
ops: so I'm in short sleeves or tanks and depending on the season I alternate between shorts/skirt or jeans
