Hi! This is my first post here 🙂

I'm a lifelong Beatles fan and I just wanted to share my project from my final year of University. I studied graphic design and for our final year project I wanted to go big, so I compiled and designed the layout for a photographic retrospective book of Paul McCartney's career and life. The book is a hardback coffee table style book of over 300 pages, consisting of mainly pictures with a few quotes and small other Paul-related image elements added in. I ended up actually getting a copy of the book printed so that I'd have something physical to show off at the end of the year.

I obviously didn't have copyright permission to use the photos in a commercial capacity but I thought it would be wonderful to see something like this done, or, if it has been done already, to see it done as comprehensively and up to date as I think this example is. I also think it would be great if somehow Paul could see it, I think he'd love it!

Anyway, here are some of the photos, please let me know what you think! Thanks 🙂

Hello to you and welcome among us,
I think your project is great. If I'm not mistaken. I think there are already one or two official books in the same style. I don't have a name that comes to mind. But your idea is really great, your book is sublime and it looks like a book that you could find in a bookshop.

P.S. I'm sorry. I had posted a message before Nancy R. But it was not taken. I don't know why.
