PAUL SOLO/POST BEATLES' ANTHOLOGY
-
A few others on my 70's Discs that I really like are:
The Mess (live)
Best Friend (live)
Give Ireland Back to the Irish (early Single)
Sally G (Countryish B-Side to Junior's Farm)
Country Dreamer (B-Side to Helen Wheels)
These are the kind of tracks missing from all of Paul's previous Compilations.

BJ... I love your work!!!
A Love For You....
Where did that end up placing?
That's one of my all-time faves.
I have "A Love for You" on the 70's Disc 1, Track 9 above. Love that Unreleased song.that was first done in the Ram Sessions in 1971. It later appeared on "The In-Laws" Soundtrack to the movie.in 2003.
PS Did you see my earlier "Ballroom Dancing" story of my 1 Year old Daughter (she might had been 14 or 15 months) dancing to the song at our house. I'm sure she heard many of the Tug of War songs as I was playing the whole album, but that was the one that got her dancing. If you missed it, it is back on Page 8 or 9.
I love it, BJ!! Very cute.
I tried to get my very young daughter into the Beatles, when I was listening to the Anthologies in the car ... and she giggled every time I played Hey Jude.... she seemed to like that song... I thought I'd recruited her, but then she'd always then ask for The Wiggles...I don't know if all you U.S guys know who that is
Anyway, in 2017, when Paul finally revisited these Australian shores, I had my mum on one side (she saw the Beatles in 1964) and my adult daughter on the other side (and she loved it... her face just lit up that moment the fireworks went off with Live and Let Die).
Great times.
Of course, BJ, the story becomes better.... if your daughter ended up a ballroom dancer... LOL

Thanks Toris. My Daughter who lives in the Boston area became a Civil Engineer and not anything close to a Ballroom Dancer. Wished she was closer to Florida but I get up to Boston a couple of times a year. I'll be up there in September/October. Her little boy is about 2 and a half so there is still time to recruit him to a full fledge Macca maniac. Wiggles sounds vaguely familiar but please jog my memory.
PS Australia sounds beautiful. The closest I've come to your area is Hawaii which is on my wife's and my "bucket list". I want to take her there. The last time I saw Paul "live" was back in 2010 I believe. Paul's voice was still very good at that concert in Philadelphia. Great show and I was lucky because he did a few Wings' songs I had never heard "live"plus he did 1985 and some mid period Beatle songs that I had never heard "live" previously.
