jennywren, go to ticketmaster for hot sound for candlestick, phoenix... go to the dodgers link a few posts back for los angeles. keep trying. and remember there's always the public sale. good luck.

OK......weird stuff. After completing our purchase for LA, it all of a sudden said that our cart was now empty. After another frantic 10 minutes, we checked our account at Crowdsurge and our tickets were there and confirmed. Do we really have tickets? No idea because we haven't received a confirmation email, and they send you tickets in the mail. Crowdsurge does not have a print at home option. So......we have tickets but maybe not?

Jennywren: Keep an eye on the site. For at least a day or two, the VIP packages will come and go as they go through the process.

radioflyer, crowdsurge will send a confirmation e-mail, it just takes time - later today or maybe even tomorrow. i think as long as you can see the tickets in your account you're ok.

If you purchased something the cart should be empty. Cart is for things that you haven't purchased yet. Check your credit card online, they charged mine instantly. I got an email just a few minutes ago too.

I am very unhappy right now!!!! I was gonna take my niece (August 10 is her birthday) and my sister to their first Paul concert--but...can't even get to the ticket buying site.

great after trying for over an hour it says im not registered. but i know i am. I have been here forever. and i registered throught the facebook feed too. what ever. Im done. very upset. But I had a feeling this was gonna happen.

Sorry to hear you were unable to get tickets. But please keep checking back to the site over the next day or two. Sometimes more tickets get released and others are put back on sale if the payment doesn't go through. Tickets also go on sale for AmEx members on May 1st and then on general sale on May 5th so there are still chances to get tickets.

I kept getting the message that "the CSRF token is invalid," until after all the tickets were gone. (Same thing with Safari, Firefox, and Chrome.)Anyone else?

Have been on presale site since it opened. Kept getting "errors" , after 30 min. finally got to request tix and a "searching" message came up----over an hour ago now! Still says searching! Should I continue to wait?!!

Yes, I checked that cookies were enabled and cleared the cache each time. The problem mysteriously vanished once the tickets were gone. I've bought presale tickets through the site before and never encountered this.

gee, that's great. how come these weren't linked from the presale page at 9am? i would have paid the ridiculous amount of money if i'd known. i got a 13th row seat on rusty's side in san fran, but i'm not overly thrilled about it.
