Could not get into presale at all despite trying for 45 minutes +. StubHub already has presale tickets being re-offered at insane prices. Very disappointing. I kept getting the message that "the CSRF token is invalid," until after all the tickets were gone. (Same thing with Safari, Firefox, and Chrome.)Anyone else?
I had similar issues using Safari, Firefox, and Chrome with my Macbook. NEVER got it working. Then I tried with a Windows laptop and it worked first time. However, I wasted 15 minutes trying to get tix with my Mac and ended up with crappy tickets. Very disappointed but at least I got something.

This was a DISASTER
By the time I figured out that I needed to run MS explorer browser all the tickets were gone. Why weren't we given a simple heads up for this? This is such an important show for us having strong ties to both candlestick park and the beatles. We have a friend coming out from finland just for the show, so I hope we can get tickets through the general sale. For many of you posting earlier about trouble, I got the same messages using firefox with cookies enabled. There was a little delay getting to the part where you enter your email addy so I kept refreshing thinking there was a problem on their end. Explorer worked, chrome and firefox did not. Very sad day.... -
I accidentally bought 2 non transferable VIP tix in A4 that I'd rather not keep. If anyone knows how to transfer them, I might have some great tickets for sale!

Yes, I checked that cookies were enabled and cleared the cache each time. The problem mysteriously vanished once the tickets were gone. I've bought presale tickets through the site before and never encountered this.

Well, I've now been watching the "searching" sign on the presale site for over 1 1/2 hours. I guess it's just stuck? Was wanting to take my grandchildren who are about the age I was (14) when I first became a big fan of Paul's. Been to many of his concerts myself and am very grateful. It's so wonderful that he's still going strong---what a gift to us all!!!

Anyone know when AmEx presale for SF is (time)? I saw that this presale was set for May 1, but not what time tickets will be available. Anyone know when tickets will go on sale, or have a link?

Just now got the email from Crowdsurge that we have our tickets. Quite a stressful morning*, but I'm thrilled to have lucked out. Section K (on the floor at Dodger Stadium) * First World Problem

Went to Internet Explorer, and couldn't get through there, either. Finally after several minutes,, was put in a ticket queue, and got two tickets in A3 center, row 25. Not 3rd row like AT&T in 2010, but still at the show. Maybe I'll try on Monday when the tickets go on sale to the general public, we'll see. It's still going to be a great night. Marshall

What a frustrating experience this presale thing has been! Very bummed. Hard to work up enthusiasm for continuing to try to get tickets elsewhere...

Hang in there! Try again from time to time; through the years I've managed to get some hours, days and even weeks after they first went on sale (through this site or ticketmaster.)

Absolute worst pre-sale experience for me ever! I was using Internet Explorer and I got the Gateway error for the first hour or so and then some type of other error message. Switched to Firefox and that seemed to work except for the fact that no tickets ever came up for SF once I got to the Crowdsurge site. BIG boo-boo. Congrats to other fans from this board that actually got tickets. I count scoring seats today some kind of miracle! What in the hey happened? I sincerely hope it was the message board fans that got the seats.

I used a Mac with Safari and got a ticket within 15 minutes. I think it was an overload issue, not a browser issue. I also experienced the lags and the gateway errors. Should have been one presale at a time. Three brought the server to a crawl. That was a poor decision on someone's part.

Are the presales over already? I was thinking about buying 2 more for SF, but now when I sign in, I get redirected to Ticketmaster for VIP tix.
