Thread "Question about life"
-
Hi everyone,
For those who want to ask questions about life it's here.
I got this idea from one of Jimmy76's comments. If you are passing by don't hesitate.I have a question for you.
Do you believe in the harmony between two beings? -
To paraphrase Woody Allen, if one of the two beings is an insurance salesman I wouldn't be so sure.

I see you really have a sense of humor.

In order for there to be harmony between two people, it’s good to accept people as they are and love them anyway and then “take the other phone call” before you say something you may regret! LOL
I like the R.E.M. song Everybody Hurts. As humanists of this world, if we don’t help each other and lift each other up when one of us falls, we will not survive as a population of Earth. We’re all here together on the same planet! I was so happy today to hear the speech at the UN. This Pandemic reminds us that if everyone in this world doesn’t get access to the vaccine, then we will always be getting boosters. So wonderful to hear leaders who step up and call on all of the other world leaders to come together as a team, to work together to stamp out Covid. My first thoughts when I heard that, was of the Beatles message of “Peace and Love” We all speak different languages, yet if we can come together in harmony, peace and love. We can make it a better world for everyone. We all need to find a way...inspire our children.

I agree with you. If we want harmony to work between two human beings, they must accept each other as they are. Put aside their prejudices and reach out to each other.
