Candlestick is highly unlikely. 49ers' last game there will be 23 December. Even if they make the playoffs, they would not have home field. They plan to start removing the seats to sell to fans, probably in early January. The stadium will likely be imploded in late January.

Although unlikely, 49ers could still host NFC Championship game Jan 19 even as a wild card team. So Candlestick will still be there at least a couple more months. I do get chills, however, just thinking about a concert there in winter!

They'll be pulling the seats and plumbing out of there the first week of January. Bet on it. But you're right: January is SF's worst weather month.

Besides, he just played Outside Lands there a few months ago. I'm hoping for SoCal.
