Somehow husband and I managed to grab a pair of Hot Sound tickets for Los Angeles! Our first soundcheck experience! Who else got tickets for LA?

That's great! I would love to see a soundcheck but it probably won't ever happen. I did the AMEX pre-sale and I think I got the best seat I could for what I was willing to budget.

Near the bottom of section 227 on the aisle. I'm hoping there isn't a deck over my head because that can mess with the sound. I'm kind of glad I didn't wait for the noon pre-sale. It looks like the queue is really long for that one but I got right in on the Amex sale. Congrats on the Hot Sound tix!

Got my soundcheck e-mail from SLO Tix, and check-in is from 3:00 - 3:30 PM.
So, the problem?
The earliest you can book parking at SoFi is starting at 3:30 PM...

Thanks! We're e-mailing and husband is going to try calling, but damn. Added stress that I did not need, LOL. I'm hoping the lots open early, but who knows?

Sometimes there is a special lot that soundcheckers can park in, that would be open early; surprised that the email does not mention one.

Park somewhere else and call an Uber or taxi.
Do you live in L.A. or are you staying at a hotel nearby? Even though I drove to Memphis in 2013, I took a taxi from my hotel to the FedEx Forum (and got the driver's card so I could call him for a ride back later)

No, but several of my friends are there now. One live-streamed the first few songs: Can't Buy Me Love, Junior's Farm, Letting Go, and Got To Get You Into My Life. He's doing Getting Better right now. Let 'Em In, My Valentine after that.
His voice doesn't sound too bad either.
