This question came to me yesterday after looking up Ram On the Paul MCCartney Project  website.  This is a great site documenting all his albums, concerts, songs, since his earliest days.  For each song, there is a graph of each year done and then listing of concerts or sound checks where performed.  I saw him do Ram On in Charlotte in 2010, watched it on youtube yesterday.  This question hit me and I added up13 concerts where it has been done. Tons of sound checks but I didn't count those,

So, for me, it has to be Ram On, although Mull of Kintyre must be close to it. How about you?  Anyone catch Come and Get It which has to be a rare one as I think he did it at some European dates 10 or so years ago. Anyone see something like The Mess live in the early Wingsdays fifty years ago?

Hete's hoping for the nclusion of something never played live before during the Got Back tour,

I don't think that I knew he did that one live.  Wish I could have heard that.  He should bring that back for Got Back as it won't  strain his voice.

Another rare one for Got Back--do Peope Want Peace from Egypt Station and dedicate it to the people of Ukraine.

He didn't do The Mess in Atlanta in 1976, but he did do Soily, You Gave Me The Answer and Magneto & Titanium Man, which I would classify as rare songs.

In 1990: This One, We Got Married and the other songs from Figure Of Eight.

            In 1993: Ain't No Sunshine

            In 2002: Vanilla Sky

I would say when he did 'Temporary Secretary' live in 2015 , I didn't really know the song too well beforehand , but showed that Paul was willing to play a deep cut track even though there were probably others that could have been done.

And the funny thing is that I never really like that song until I heard him do it live that year.  Here's hoping the new tour brings ou some more deep cuts

Are you sure did he did Ain't No Sunshine in the Columbia in 1993?  I know Hamish Stuart did it on Unplugged.  Perhaps the soundcheck?  I heard all of that soundcheck standing outside the stadium and most memorable number was Heard It Through the Grapevine which he may not have done anywhere else.   Wish I had a recording of that!

If I remember correctly, Temporary Secretary was added because it was very popular in a nightclub in England.

I would have to say "Soily" in 1976 since I had never heard of it before he played the song as encore during WOA tour. I believe it was B side of a single, forget what the A side was of the single.  The rarest song I heard at Paul concert was not done by him, it was a song called "Robbie's Bit". It was done only at the 1993 concert in Charlotte NC that was televised by FOX, believe it was done so they could get a commercial break in without missing a Paul song. Basically the song was guitar sol by Robbie for a couple of minutes. This song was later included on "Paul Is Live" CD.

Although in the technical sense they are not 'rare' songs, when Paul has played for example 'Getting Better' and 'Eight Days a Week' they were never played live during the Beatle years and only introduced many years later to his concerts.

He's played "Mull of Kintyre" evreytime that I've seen him; it's a Canadian thing. So far there's been no Canadian dates set for the upcoming tour. Fingers crossed & ready to blow the entertainment budget.

Actually, it's a Scottish thing.  Used to live there but I saw it in Canada as well, just once, in 2010. Great song about a beautiful place.  I imagine he will have more dates in September/October and hopefully will visit Canada.

It was done only at the 1993 concert in Charlotte NC that was televised by FOX, believe it was done so they could get a commercial break in without missing a Paul song. Basically the song was guitar sol by Robbie for a couple of minutes. This song was later included on "Paul Is Live" CD.

Robbie's Bit is listed as being played in Atlanta on May 1, 1993. I was there and pretty sure I remember it.
