New forum - trouble receiving email to create new password

Hi everyone, I wasn't able to receive an email to create a new password, but after contacting the webmaster, was able to get some help from their end, and was able to get in.
If anyone else is having similar problems, you can try to contact the webmaster or an admin to let them know. Appreciated their help and I'm sure they would want everyone to be able to access the forums.
