here are some pictures that @wandy wanted to share. It's related to some places about the Beatles. He will tell you about them better than I can.

3 Savile Row! He told me it was 1976 I believe, so he (and I) were 21!! My first visit to the U.K. was 1980. Got to dig out my photos and take pics of some of them! Tomorrow!

Thank you dear lilwillow for adding my photos. I am to technology what weed killer is to beautiful flowers, I'm afraid. OK photo 1. Is me outside 3 Savile Row in about 1976. First time ever I went there. The other photos are just different shots of the same door/ building, except for the one of the girl. She was my girlfriend at the time. It was HER who found the building, and she wasn't even a Beatles fan! Nice girl though. The one from last photo, is just me doing my impression of John Lennon on his Wall & Bridges album, where he's wearing several pairs of glasses. As I have mentioned previously on this forum, the photos you see were all taken on that day, Saturday. I then ran out of film. No smartphones back then kids!!!) I WENT BACK THE VERY NEXT DAY, SUNDAY MORNING, FRESH FILM IN CAMERA.THE DOOR WAS GONE!!! The builders were in, renovating the building. Boy I was so lucky!

@njr Sept 20th 1955. The doctor said I wuz such an ugly baby that he slapped my mum instead of me!! Luckily I was born at such an early age I don't remember anything about it.
