Beatles Revell models

I have the self same Royal Dalton Beatles Toby Jugs in my house. They cost £100 for the set, a lot of money around 40 years ago, or so. Much more than my weeks wages.

@wandy Anything with the Beatles on it costs an arm and a leg. Saif if you buy on ali Baba express.
Of course 40 years ago this didn't exist.

I cut right back on buying Beatles memorabilia quite some time back. Most of it is up in my attic. Never sees daylight. Doesn't matter how much its worth, I'm NEVER going to sell any of it, so it might as well be worthless. Having said all that, I would like to buy all the Beatled instruments ( I only have the Hofner bass) in model form, and display them. Problem is I have nowhere to display them (hence why my meagre collection is up in the attic) My proudest possessions are my Beatles Toby jugs, and my Hey Jude silver disc.

That was lots cheaper than I paid in the ‘80s at an antique market near me! I have the 4 originals plus the extra one they made for John after his death. (seen in 1st photo I posted)

Thank you! It is so full I had to spill over into 2 of my bedrooms! (one is exercise room with treadmill in it) Mostly books in there. The other bedroom has a huge “quilt” with photo of the Beatles and all their albums that I tacked to the wall. (My guests like Leslie and Jennifer from Nashville get to stare at it from bed!) I’ll take a photo later!

@njr Hey that's good. At least it gives them some company. You're a real collector in any case. The thing I collect is my bedroom and the attic. It's my books. Yes, I read a lot.
