Well, I guess with McCartney, he can rock out one moment, but next up might be a duet with Julio Iglesias or... it's just something you have to live with if you're a fan. Kurt Cobain also died in 1994, I think McCartney between 1983-93 was sort of out of fashion in this period but he had a resurgence with "Flaming Pie".
