Jimmy Buffet Picture with my niece

My youngest niece had Jimmy Buffet for a client for several years and was quite upset when he passed away. She knew him well enough that he offered his place to her in Manhattan to stay with her sisters after attending Billy Joel concert. See picture from year ago in Malibu.

Thanks Nancy. Per my brother, she was "in the know" about his medical problems but still was upsetting.
