I've just got an email from Event Travel regarding the cancellation of the show in Barcelona:
CANCELLATION OF PAUL McCARTNEY CONCERT:
Jun 17, 2020 – Olympic Stadium, BARCELONA
“Due to the current situation and given the restrictions that the government has imposed on the staging of live music events and other mass gatherings, it will not be possible to stage the Paul McCartney concert due to be staged in Barcelona at the Lluis Company Olympic Stadium, as part of the Freshen Up tour. Given the special preparations required for these events, including the mobility required of the artists, assistants, workers and all working personnel needed to stage the show, it would not be possible to guarantee either the security of the public or provide a satisfactory experience.”
The refund of tickets purchased for this event will be carried out using the same means of payment that were used to buy them.
Message from Paul McCartney: “We were looking forward to seeing you all this summer for what we know would have been much fun. The band and I are so sorry we can’t be with you, but these are unprecedented times and the wellbeing and safety of everyone is the priority. I hope you are all keeping well as we look forward to the brighter times ahead. We will rock again. Love Paul”
Tickets for the concert will be refunded back to the original payment method in line with our terms and conditions, starting May 18, 2020.You will receive a cancellation invoice at the time of us processing your refund.
