So I’m in the NY area where there haven’t been any shows announced for this tour.

Found out I need to go to San Diego for business the week of June 23rd.

Decided to fly out on the 22nd and scored a single ticket for A3 Row 18 off the Macca site just last night.

I’m not crazy right?  Others here would do the same and also be psyched at the chance to see Macca again?

I’ve never been to Petco so any advice for an East Coast guy getting to/from or where to stay overnight?

Arriving in San Diego around 3pm.

Plus many seats in those sections were available during the presale (possibly just for Amex, but either way) for $350 or even $275. It's like you're paying a premium just for the right to buy the ticket. It's all part of the exploitative game. We'll see what happens with the second show. I feel like the delayed announcements are yet a further rip-off for those of us who already bought seats, but maybe we and/or others can go into the next ones better informed.

Great that there's another show but a Friday vs a Sunday night for me as a working stiff is a completely different offering..

LOL - it really is amazing.. I bought the soundcheck/VIP for this tour in Boston the first time it came around and I think it was like $1500. A great experience but I can't really justify the expense - especially now at $1750!

Don't get me started : Just a few silver packages on the very back of the floor left...$600 a head...scandalous.

Anybody go after the general sale today with any luck?

There are plenty available and they appear to be releasing them in batches so all the best seats aren't necessarily sold first. I was trying to score 3 seats together which it appears is much more difficult than 2 together. I ended up paying $850 each for the Gold Hot Seat Package with 14th row section C. I was hoping to just get 3 of the $375 tickets but everytime they come up I get a "fan beat you to it" message..

WE'RE IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Row ONE of Section 106 Seats 14-16...not cheap, but those are gonna be damn good seats. That is an enormous weight off my shoulders. Took about ten minutes but finally churned up three seats together and ran with it!!! Can't believe we're seeing Sir Paul at the garden! WOOO!!!!! Gonna fulfill the prophecy and have my "long hair out at Madison square"

Unbelievable. Trying on four devices between two of us for any VIP tickets at 9 sharp and "nothing available." Nothing! WHAT?

It doesn't make it clear, but you have to put in the presale code next to the locked fansite presale option on ticketmaster, just above the VIP packages. There were a ton of tickets available after I discovered that.

I had that as well but still no luck - I had to add the presale code as soon as I changed the ticket type to PMC Presale. There's also now an AMEX presale option but still no tickets

I was on there at 9 sharp - waited through the countdown.. even tried to find packages after nothing came up on a regular seat...

No tickets available for anything yet?!? 9:05
