RE: Set lists with only post-Beatle stuff
at the risk of seeming to run against the tide of opinion ..since pauls '93 tour his personal overindulgence on insisting in toploading his concerts with beatles material at the expense of his solo and wings material is detrimental to all those fans who would love to hear some of this material played live .some of his songs have not been played live since the '79 tour (with a little luck, spin it on & old siam sir)while others have been ignored altogether(no more lonely nights, only love remains, pipes of peace, waterfalls ,wanderlust and take it away are just a fer that come to mind that could be performed it would be a fantasic concert if they were included somehow i doubt it though another idea i thought of was for paul to rehearse the same number of beatle songs he does now spliting the number he performs in half per concert leaving some of the standards(let it be /yesterday et al for the encore and rotating the others on a semi nightly/concert basis..in this way it would draw fans to his concerts wondering what he was going to play on a certain night, unlike now where it's a standard set list.
