Last Saturday's O2 Arena gig could possibly be one of my favourite Macca gigs. I got a plectrum too. My first ever Macca gig was in this very venue in 'Historic Warwick' so it'll be special and then Liverpool. I can't wait.

I was at the Saturday show. Quite possibly one of my favourite Macca gigs. Awesome set and I was given a plectrum. I'm still on a Macca high and I saw Ride perform in the Roundhouse last night. Roll on Birmingham and Liverpool.

Is looking for a gig buddy on the Saturday as I have a spare ticket. I can't wait until this tour begins as I'm seeing him rock London, Birmingham and Liverpool in one week.

I've never been to The Echo Arena. I've just Googled it's seating capacity and it says 11,000....that's a lot smaller than The O2 Arena.
. I'm glad Liverpool is my last UK gig as my O2 Arena seats aren't great.

RE: London, Birmingham, Liverpool Pre-sale thread
We were asked for ID at his 100 Club gig. Some touts still got away with it as they sold one of the tickets and brought the buyer for the other ticket in with them. I was asked for ID and credit card etc at a Radiohead gig in 2012 (tickets were not sent out either and they had to be collected), again at a Damon Albarn gig and George Ezra gig. So it is possible. I think the problem is that once you buy the tickets you can't get a refund if you genuinely can't go and I guess people found out that way too about how much some tickets can be worth on the resale market.

It's really amazing to see all the people who suddenly can't attend the Liverpool gig and so now selling them for extortionate amounts (Obviously they're touts).

I'm so happy I got tickets. Last time he performed in the Echo Arena I couldn't get tickets. I got them via the telephone lines......a very long wait but blooming worth it. I'm so sorry to those who weren't lucky. I hope touts don't benefit from this. I'm going to see him in London, Birmingham (where I first saw him perform live) and Liverpool. I'm so excited.

I didn't get great London seats but I'm in. I've got better Birmingham seats though. Birmingham NIA was where I first saw him live. Historic Warwick.

My first Macca gig was at the NIA (now Barclaycard Arena) on April 14th 2013 in Birmingham.......or should I say 'Historic Warwick as that's what he called it?

RE: PAUL AND NANCY ARE MARRIED!
Congratulations Sir Paul and Lady Nancy! You looked so happy. I hope the continuous speculation outside your house by the press commenting on the movements of food and visitors made you laugh. Not all of us want to know about that...just that you are happy because you've made us all happy with your music.

Thank you Paul!!! That really was an amazing show. I've never been in the front at a Macca gig and to get reactions from Paul on a number of occasions was truly magical. You ARE going to be in my dreams tonight! Fantastic set list. Was great to meet a number of you too! Fans from around the world. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I can't believe I have tickets. I couldn't get Liverpool or London. This is great that Paul is performing at a club that is due to close and he's showing his support to keep it open. Sorry to those who weren't luck and congratulations to those who were.

I'll be seeing The Who this month
I saw them in April in The Albert Hall performing an accoustic set and also met Roger. Hopefully they will tour the UK next year. I'm hopefully seeing Glasvegas and Kasabian when tickets go on sale but confirmed ones for the remaining part of this year include: Mighty Boosh (x2), The Killers at the Albert Hall, The Fratellis, The Zutons and Coldplay. I've already had a fantastic year of gigs.

RE: What Concerts are you going to this year?
I've been to 8 already this year including Paul in Liverpool. This month I am seeing Franz Ferdinand 3 times. REM in August, The Mighty Boosh in October and Coldplay in December.

Paul McBeagle:
Got tickets to see Coldplay in June
.
Was that the free one. Here in the UK we had to enter a competition and we will not find out until early June. I'm praying I stand a chance but doubt it as I'm sure thousands have entered. Great you are going.
