And this is not my first idea for song, but my first recorded original, instrumental called "Dawn Flower":

RE: Bogey Music - My covers and own songs
Thank you Kapoo, I'm glad that you like it I play a little drums, often during time breaks at rehearsals of bands where I play on bass I like to sit and learn play on drums of my drummer and I really like it. Here I use programmed software drums, because recording the drums is difficult and of crouse it need to have them...

RE: Bogey Music - My covers and own songs
Thanks! I think that synths doesn't suitable in this song, anyway I don't want to sound like PF, I meant rather to maintain some weird mood of this song It's one of the best for me too, like all McCarntey II. Who knows, maybe one day I will record my own version of all this album?

RE: Bogey Music - My covers and own songs
Hi guys, at last I record my version of "On The Way" ("McCartney II"), that was in my head almost a year. As always I attempted to small changes

RE: Written my own christmassong - Christmastime
Hi, I like your song, but I think it would be better with simply 4/4 percusion/drums. Anyway it's nice

RE: Bogey Music - My covers and own songs
Hi, as I said earlier I have many of musical ideas, and sooner or later, I'll start of record it. Recording covers is only training, exercises, and fun of crouse About Rusty Anderson - I did not understand everything you wrote (my english is poor) but I don't care too much about him and the current Paul's live band and not really like them (the drummer really irritates me...), but that is by the way. I like your "Love Time", nice song, at the beginning I can hear a little bit "Goodnight tonight" When I have free time I'll listen other your songs, because I seen much of it on youtube, you're hard-working artist

RE: Christmas Record
I would like to Paul has recorded a Christmas album, but not in KOTB convention, more "Wonderful Christmas Time" style.

RE: Bogey Music - My covers and own songs
I choose "Long, Long, Long" without special reason, just I like this song. "Baby's Request" is really nice and funny Your original is great too, I like it, but it needs better production, that would be very improved.

RE: Bogey Music - My covers and own songs
And here's my vision of "Long, Long, Long" The Beatles:

RE: One-Man Band Cover of "Let 'Em In"
Very good job mate! Keep covering more of Paul

RE: Bogey Music - My covers and own songs
About originals - I have quite a few my own ideas, but for this time I didn't record anything of it. You know, I started my home recording quite recently and for now I'm just learning about this by covers recording. But for circa a month I will start to record my own songs. "Baby's Request" is great song, go on You know, I do this covers just for fun and pleasure, there is not any battle

RE: Bogey Music - My covers and own songs
Hi, thanks, I like yours covers too, Mother Nature?s Son is funny Battle? Here's my cover of "Blackbird" playing live:
My two covers, links to which I gave at the beginning, was recorded at home, with DAW on notebook and hardware audio interface. PS. I'm from 1977 too -
RE: Bogey Music - My covers and own songs
Thank you for yours opinions, this is important to me. hey_kittay: you are very nice, thank you! I don't think so my voice sounds like Paul McCartney's. I don't consider myself as a singer at all. I always only play instruments and start singing just now in this project. I hear false vocal moments in my covers and "blurred" english words (I know only little english), but I can't fix it in recording process again and again
Ymaginatif:
But there's a whole lot more box to think outside of!
You are right but at this moment I can't think more outside of Soon I will present you my new covers - The Beatles "Long long long" and Paul's "On the way".

RE: Bogey Music - My covers and own songs
Thanks, you are very kind

RE: Bogey Music - My covers and own songs
Thank you, Paul certainly still listen them now

RE: Bogey Music - My covers and own songs
You know, I listen covers on youtube, soundcloud etc. and people largely do covers like oryginal. To me it makes no sense and I just try to do something different with each song, play it in my own version and I think it's not too close to the oryginal. "That would be something" I play main riff a little otherwise, and first of all I added my own some gutiars theme in the middle of the song, which isn't in oryginal. End of the song was spontaneous. Thanks for your feedback.
