OK. Paul was the headliner does that make you feel better -lol. Paul can sing any damn thing he wants. I am just voicing my opinion that honoring somebody means paying tribute to their music not Paul's. Please stop it with the people complaining nonsense. 99.5% of the posts on this board are complimenting and praising Paul. The harshest treatment Paul gets is some people (including myself) wish he would perform more of his great solo songs live.
Sorry, but this is just nonsensical. There's no One Right Way to pay tribute to someone. If "Let It Be" was special to Jimmy as he was close to death, then it was the absolute right thing for Paul to sing, and we have no way of knowing what happened between them during Jimmy's last days. I criticize Paul all the time, but this is a silly thing to be upset about.
