I posted yesterday that there was nowhere for me to enter my redeem code for Tug of War at www.paulmccartney.com/redeem/tugofwar. I just tried it using IE and made sure the browser wasn't blocking anything. When I restarted the browser and navigated back to the redeem page, the code entry box appeared! I hope that helps anyone encountering the same issue.

Just to let you know, I successfully downloaded the digital content for "Ram." Not only does that answer the question whether the Redeem button works, but for those concerned that older content may no longer be around, the deluxe "Collection" version of "Ram" came out in 2011. Five years later the downloadable content is still available. Thanks, again!

I recently purchased "Ram" Deluxe Edition and "Oceans Kingdom," both of which come with digital downloads. However, when I go to www.paulmccartney.com/redeem to claim the downloads, nothing happens when I click the "Redeem" button. I have tried this in different browsers (Chrome, IE, Firefox) but with the same result. How can I get my downloads? Thanks!
