Is anyone else having problems with orders they've placed on this site?

I placed an order on September 11. Nothing ever arrived, and I've emailed the customersupport@shop.universalmusic.com address listed on my order confirmation email several times. I've received automated responses (seen below) but never heard back.

How long does it usually take to receive items purchased from the site? Thanks for any advice!
