I really don't get why you guys don't trust Etcetera. OK, several tracks didn't make McI and MII sets but he's been correct on many McCartney stuff these years. For instance, he pointed out that the HP cloud would open early June and he happened to be right. (in fact, it opened late May but you got the picture).

It's good. I wonder how cool Givin' Grease A Ride would sound with Paul on the lead vocal. It really rocks. Not sure if it's my perception only, but the guitar licks and arrangements remind me of Helen Wheels.

Interesting that he controls the computer mouse with his right hand!

My kid does that, too, and he's left handed like Paul.

What if Paul play old tunes? They are great. There's always the choice of not hearing them.

Heard the last song in a promo for The McCartney Years. Turns out it's a Buddy Holly cover, good nonetheless.

Thanks for "I'm Gonna Love You Too". I've never heard the full version before. It's a shame he only put about 40 seconds on "The McCartney Years".

Are you sure? Last time I watched it, it was complete. Like Blackpool is. Well, at least I remember it that way...or am I going nuts?

Although I've got most of the issues I've always wanted to buy (I got all of them after the club's closure in 199, there's one I've always been curious about: the number 1, which features an article on his Bill Black bass. My question: does anyobody have this one? I'd love to know more about it.

I received No.1 February/March 1977 issue of Club Sandwich on 10th March 1977. It was simply a large format 4 page inky newspaper style issue. The front cover (page 1) has the 'Heart break hotel' bass piccie you mention, plus Sue's Letter, a short piece about Linda doing the photographs for the paper and a short piece on Joe English's wedding.

Thanks for that. So there is no stories about getting the bass on that issue? It's a pity If, by any chance, you have the chance of scanning the mag, I'd love to see it! thanks again

I've got lots of Club Sandwiches issues, and my eldest copy is from 1982 - the Tug Of War issue...I've also got most of the magazines that features the release of Paul's new albums as the main article: Pipes Of Peace, Press To Play, Flowers In The Dirt, Unplugged, Off The Ground, Paul Is Live and Flaming Pie. Although I've got most of the issues I've always wanted to buy (I got all of them after the club's closure in 199, there's one I've always been curious about: the number 1, which features an article on his Bill Black bass. That's what I wish for the couple. People are human so they need a rest to sort everything out. I'm sure everything will be fine in the end and they'll be concerned with all matters involving Bea. all the best
