I'm so sad...
Tickets sold out in minutes, and the inflated prices from scalpers are well out of my budget.
I was really looking forward to this once in a lifetime experience.
Beatles, movies, music, technology

:D!!! Such wonderful and great ideas, thank y'all so much!
I'm so excited and planning as much as I an in advance - I'm willing to bet a lot of places are gonna be packed the week of the concert.
Thank you!! I'm juuuuust too early to book the home tours in December it looks like - latest I can pull is for November. I'll have to check back in a couple of weeks.
Great ideas, I appreciate it!
Ahhh, I'm excited!! I'm planning on visiting Liverpool for a week to hit his concert in December.
I'm planning on staying at an AirBnB located over near Liverpool City Centre, so I'm pretty close to everything it sounds like. Does anyone (from the area or familiar with the area) have any particular places they recommend?
Best place to grab fish and chips?
Best place to grab a drink?
Must see locations?
Must do activities?
I'm planning on hitting up a few touristy places (museums and such), but definitely love walking off the beaten path and hitting more local scenes.
Just when I thought I couldn't top doing the VIP package two years ago, I now have opportunity to see Paul perform in Liverpool!!
I'm incredibly excited and am already making arrangements, I'm just hoping I'm able to snag a ticket. I'm with FanFan... I hope it's not going to be a nerve-wrecking hour-long refresh of the ticket sale site, only to find out that it's been sold out.
I'm already stressed lol
I think the anticipation is for the seats to go, and go fast. Couple that with the loyal fanbase (us!) that are chomping at the bit waiting to get the best seats, it's difficult for new fans and first time Macca concert goers to grab a solid seat.
As much of a hassle as it is for us, I think it's a good way to even the playing field, so to speak, by dampening the number of hardcore fans swallowing up all the good seats. If it gives opportunity for someone Paul's age that's never seen him before but always wanted to, or for the teenager that just discovered the Beatles and has this opportunity to see him, then I can handle the ballot-style for pre-codes.
That's my thoughts on it.
AHHHHH I GOT MY VIP TICKET!!! HOT SOUND PACKAGE, SECTION A3!!!! I'm so So SO excited I'm about to pop!!
The site was overloaded, hit refresh and it'll work. I'm going to go for VIP next week. I've never done it before and I can swing it for once, so I'm going all out! SUPER EXCITED!!
I'm so excited!!! Anyone done a VIP package? I've never done one, even though I've seen Paul a few times already. I'm wondering if I should go for VIP this round...
