I always thought that Paul was plastered at that induction, don't you think so? Obviously it was a very difficult time for him. I've never seen him in that condition before.

RE: NYC, NY - Madison Square Garden - 9/15 and 9/17 - CONFIRMED
I was wondering, for the shows when Paul drops Hi, Hi, Hi - how does Sgt. Pepper Reprise go into Helter Skelter? Is it just like two separate songs or is there some clever way that one leads to the other?

RE: What's More Unfortunate?
I have to admit that I'm always hoping for setlist surprises and more solo songs in the set. That is why I'm so eager to follow the discussions on this board. However, whenever I'm at a Paul show, I always enjoy it and don't think about the setlist that much. Everytime I have seen Paul live, I have been very surprised about some of the songs, because I have kept away from the setlist threads beforehand. So for me, it's more of a theoretical discussion. Every time I'm at a concert I really like the setlist anyway.

What about albums like Anthology and 1? They also count on that list, don't they?

DR had not 1 but 2 of the worst Macca album covers ever!
I love the original cover, always has. But the re-issue cover? I agree with you on that one..

RE: Driving Rain revisited
I loved this album so much when it came out. Lonely Road is one of the best opening numbers he's ever done. I prefer the live version though. "I Do" is a number I never see people discuss, IMO it's one of his best ballads from this part of his career. Heather and Rinse the Raindrops are top class songs in my ears.

also, did I dream this, or did he once play a snippet of Dress Me Up As A Robber at some strange event?

RE: 2017 Setlist Speculation Thread
I totally agree with you, but he did play Great Day live at an Adopt-A-Minefield gala, and he did play/lipsync to Young Boy at the Oprah show.

Great to hear! How long would you say that Paul is approximately on screen in the movie?

RE: Tokyo Japan: Budokan 25 April- CONFIRMED
I wouldn't have expected Paul to stir the setlist up now, when he takes the tour to Japan. I think there will be a few surprises when he goes back to the US though..

I'm still puzzled that the Shea footage wasn't part of the screening I went to in Copenhagen..

RE: New McCartney song on film soundtrack
the first time I heard the song, I must admit that I was a bit disappointed with both the song and Paul's voice. Now that I've heard it around ten times, I have to re-evaluate it. I love it more and more for each listen, I think it's a very beautiful song and I love his voice too. I'm also a big fan of Paul's voice on Early Days. I like the natural Paul
