I bought the RAM Deluxe edition, which I thought it was a work of art, but unfortunately I have not been able to download the Hi-Res version. The link didn't work, so I tried a couple more times. Now a message appears saying I have run out of downloads.

I have contacted Topspin Media, but they haven't replied anything in two weeks.

I am very upset about this, because it's an expensive product and the Hi-Res version is one of the main reasons for me to buy it.

Can you help me, please?
