Dog on right is pissed at you. - I can see it in his eyes... "Come on 'Mr Funnyguy' let's see you wear this hat."

It's nice to be on the the other side of the 'Recordbook' for a change, huh? For the last few years it seemed like all we ever heard was "Record Snowfall" Record Low Temps" etc...
Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! And *Cheers* to a kickass New Year!

This Pluto thing is kind of amazing, so I tuned to CNN to get some information. They were talking about Greece. A few hours later, I went back to see if there was anything about Pluto. They were talking about Greece. The next day, I checked with CNN. Surely there must be something about Pluto. This is kind of a big deal. They were talking about Greece.
Ha. Same here... At least give me SOMETHING.
At first I didn't realize what was happening. The asshole was swinging towards a bush and I thought maybe he was trying to remove it or something. Then I saw the German Shepard run out from the bush and yelped. My employee didn't want me to do anything because it could cause problems with his neighbor (if he'd hit a dog, what else was he capable of?) So I promised I wouldn't call until I got home.
Jealousy is either unfounded. Or justified... - most cases it's justified, and the other one just doesn't want to 'fess up - lesser times the jealous person is simply paranoid (for lack of better word) and impossible to reason with. Which was it in your case?
Pitbulls are the 'flavor of the month' meaning they are cool to own. They have that stigma as being tough, which make them cool to some. People who want to have that stigma reflected upon THEM, get one. But those type of people aren't the type who are responsible enough to take care of them... so they become aggressive and neglected. It's the old, "viscous circle."
Here's the part where I kind of contradict myself.... The number isn't nearly as bad as they make it out to be. But. It's bad. It's not "ooh I lost my job and just can't afford to feed Fido anymore." These people are NOT responsible. Just like the article said "they are like disposable lighters." I hate driving to the city, because I either see dogs running in the road or some sshole beating one. I WILL say that I personally saw some quick action from animal control. I dropped off one of my employees one day and I saw some piece of sh*t neighbor swinging at his dog with a chain. I made the call- he was in jail that night.
I watched Fargo (new tv show on FX) last night. It's loosely based off the movie, but none of the same characters, from what I could tell. Didn't expect much, and never really cared for Billy Bob Thornton...but wow! It's gonna be a CRAZY show. In a good way.
