Hi Joan. I have also been a fan since I was 8! OK, a week before I turned 8. My family was watching the Ed Sullivan Show on February 8, 1964, when The Beatles performed their debut in the U.S. (Yeah, I'm an American, but I'm one of the ones who hates guns and war!) I play guitar because of The Beatles, I'm pretty sure. Started at 14 on the bass, obviously because of Paul, but ended up by age 16 playing 6-string and have been playing 6-string ever since. But I still love the bass, and Paul is truly one of the best bass musicians ever was. Hasta la vista, Joan. JuiceHead
