Yeah. I agree with ALL of you about todays music... But I have discoverd some bands that are quite different. For example, have you listened to Arcade Fire? its absolutely AMAZING! they have amazing songs! I mean it. If you like Paul McCartney and hate Nicki Minaj, Arcade Fire is a great band to listen to. Also Coldplay is quite good... maybe listen to them one of these days.

RE: "Ram On"
What said Adriana is true. (Maybe) it WAS about himself... thats the only thing I dont like about Ram Album. It makes me sad because you can tell how sad he feels while he sings. I bet Paul was very depressed still by what John told him about "Leaving the group." Paul needed him! he was his very best mate. His soulmate. They cried and laughed about the same things. And Yoko-she didnt separate the band, in my opinion, but-she took away his best friend. And that hurts a lot
For example, "Too many people", which is the first song in the album, was dedicated to John Lennon. And it says that his "lucky break" was his first mistake... that break being the break up. I dont like it because you can hear that he was angry and very sad (maybe about to cry) when he sings this song... Dont take me wrong!
It's a very good song. I'd love it if it werent for Paul's feelings within the song... And Ram is the same thing. Is this simple song, where I find both happiness and sadness. Like deep deep down Paul's soul, he felt a black hole. But he coverd it up with his fame, fortune, and smile.

"Ram On"
what do you feel of the song "Ram On", from Paul's CD Ram? I love it so much, but... Its a wierd song. If it was a person, it would be a beautiful hazel eyed girl who lives around the ocean. She smiles all the time and looks happy in the outside, yet, she has no friends. She likes to spend time with herself sitting in a near-by tree behind the moon. And when she's alone, she's melancholic, dark and sad. Yet, only she knows this. She likes being alone because she's addicted to that type of sadness and can't stop wanting it. The girl is desperate to escape her world. She wants to run away. And although she can, she wants to stay behind the moon, sitting in that shallow tree because it makes her feel relaxed, yet anxious. Alone, yet united. Dark yet bright. She depends on that feeling although she wants to run away, like a drug. The ukelele represents that calm feeling, and Paul's voice represents her loneliness. The whole song represents her confused young mind. I'm also addicted to that type of sadness, that's how I know (no. Im not the girl. I only relate to her in that way)

How can I meet Paul McCartney? Id love to meet him (like I guess everybody in this site is) So I can hug him and thank him for my life. Its my long-life dream to meet him. I could luckily go to his concert in Colombia, but I couldnt let him know how much he means for me... Can somebody PLEASE tell me how can I get to meet this God? (please, no hate) thankyou!

RE: A big hug for Paul
If I had only one wish, Id wish to be alone with Paul in the same room. Not for fangirling, or for autographing/taking pictures, but just for talking. Yes. Id be so happy if I could just talk to Paul for an hour or two. Id tell him all my secrets, and I would just hope for him to listen. And then we would talk about his life and his beautiful being. [size=7](then he would marry me and we'd live happily ever after)

RE: Elvis Presley
what do you think? I think he might as well be alive. there is many evidence. Besides, his OWN COUSIN said that he didnt believe he was dead. And one of his close friends (Joey? joseph?) said once in an interview that he found him in the bed. In a newer interview, he said that he found him in the bathroom... Which one is true?
