Officially bouncing off the walls STILL! Over 12 hours after buying my tickets lol. Being 20, it's super hard to be a Beatles fan!!! I've been in love with them since I was 16 and started filling my head with everything Fab Four. And not a lot of people my age "get it" . So to find an amazing bunch of people who totally get the inside of my head is AWESOME! So thank you to all you guys for being the great Macca fans that you are!!! We've had each others back through this whole pre-sale process and the feeling of community has been great!! Peace and Love! Kass

Definitely get that!!! I think that the internet has been both a good thing and bad thing for the music industry. I feel sometimes like I'm going backwards, I'm strating my vynil collection and bought an old turntable. And I love the sound of the vinyl, so much nicer, I feel like that's the way I'm supposed to listen to it lol.

Hi there. I am confident that there are many, many, many, many people in your demographic that share your appreciation for The Beatles. Yeah, the current crop of Top 40 (alleged) artists is dumbing-down our youth more than ever, but plenty of kids love The Beatles.

The other day I was out with one of my friends and she started blasting some I don't even know what the heck this is Top 40 music. And she asked me if I had ever heard it. I never had. RIGHT ON! I'm happy you got tickets. Premium seemed to be worth it for the Edmonton date from what I was not getting on seats after 40 minutes or so.

Hello fellow Maccamaniacs!!! So I am planning on going to the concert coming up in Edmonton. And I am wanting to sew my own Sgt Pepper's costume. I'm experienced with basic sewing, but have not done a big costume project like this where I want to get down to precise details. And I was wondering if anyone here has done anything similar and has any tips? I'd super appreciate it Very Happy Peace and Love Kass

martinput has a lot of good things to say there. I've been keeping my eye on Live Nation and the site here under my premium membership. That should be enough and to be ready for Wednesday at 10am. I'm too poor for the Front Row thing or for the Soundcheck package, so I'll be going with the Gold package, or whatever Paul's site brings up when it comes out... which I'll be biting my nails for. This is incredibly cryptic when there's Live Nation thrown into the mix for tickets, which I know they'll have something decent as well. But, I seem to be doing much better now, but the lack of info and the short time to act on it doesn't make me too much of a happy camper when it's less than a week from the announcement to the ticket sales, pretty much. But I'm not trying to complain because Paul is coming here, but you understand what I'm trying to say.

TOTALLY feeling that!!! I'm on Maccawatch 24/7 right now. I wish they'd post at least the prices, so we could be better prepared. I have a feeling if I can't get presale I'm hooped!!!!

I'm going for Hot Ticket presale and that's tomorrow -- 10am, but I'm premium and I'm not sure what's going on there, but Live Nation also seems to be running something (it's confusing), but those tickets are $450+ US (apparently, seeing from the US dates)... so depends what you're looking for. If I'm not mistaken, there's also regular tickets out tomorrow for Paul McCartney members. By regular, I mean not $450+ US. I have no idea for non Hot Ticket 100%. Just go on the website to get 'em. The admin has been plenty nice and have been posting links and info. I try to be helpful, but mostly I've been failing by just being all screwed up all over in the head over this. But I try. I have good intentions.

If for some reason that fails I'll try for the livenation presale Thursday morning. If THAT fails I'm taking my chances with regular public sales. Hoping to all heck I get in here for the presales. I will literally sit ANYWHERE as long as I get to go. But hoping we've scraped enough together for my husband and I to get half decent seats.

Yup tomorrow is expensive. For sure. I think 1pm is regular tickets here. I'm hoping you get tickets. Hell, I was scared I wasn't even going to get in. I was seriously going crazy over the weekend. ops: I'm pretty sure you'll be going. From what I understand the "Hot Tickets" are likely floor tickets. The regular tickets are the ones for $270 whatever, and they're in the rows off the floor. I'm speculating from what I've seen from the US sale thus far.

That's what I'm seeing too! I'm not a premium member so I'm aiming for regular presale here, which is still sooner than the presale for the rest of the world so I'm stoked!!!! This whole Paul McCartney fan club group is seeming MUCH more helpful than ANY professional I've heard from, from Paul's site, Ticketmaster, and Live Nation! Thanks everyone!!! I'm wondering if this blog would be the most reliable place to check for news of the early access presale code? Or if Paul's site would come out with it sooner? And where exactly on Paul's site will it be released? Thanks!!!

Agreed! I keep checking back here constantly and don't often check the other websites now. I'm just excited that there are so many other kindred spirits here that we all feel each other's pain and intense need to get there. I am so glad everyone is so great!!!

It is helpful to know I might still be sane - though completely distracted - as I read comments reflecting where I am at! Never in my lifetime did I think I would have the chance to see Paul perform live in my lifetime. I don't know what I will do if I am not actually at the concert in Edmonton. I am hopeful people can share here what anyone learns about Edmonton pre-sales as this is not a 'public site' - we are all big fans here! I don't even know how Live Nation works. I have downloaded their app onto my phone but don't know what to expect when their presales open up. Do they auction the tickets??? I know Live Nation has stated they will have Thursday presales. Who are the Wednesday presales through?? Any and all help & love between fans much appreciated!!!

I totally relate. I think about not being there and I literally cry. Big time. I've never used Live nation, but from what I understand they are run by ticketmaster so it will not be auction. I have the app too and you can buy the tickets right from the app. There is not any info on there yet, but I looked on the Live Nation Alberta Facebook page, and from what I can ascertain, they will have a presale code on there as well sometime "early this week" according to them. So as far as what my plan is: 1) Try getting presale tix on app 2) Try getting on LiveNation and Ticketmaster websites 3) Once we recieve more info on these so called "Hot Ticket Packages" on Ticketmaster, try for those (that presale is on Wed while the others appear to be on Thursday) 4) According to some of the other posts I've seen on the forums, you can also order tickets through Paul's main wenbsite I'm not a premium member (we're scraping together the money just to buy tix at this point) but I think that the presale for that will be here on the site or through ticketmaster. I've also read that sometimes ehat the site has done in the past is open up Premium presale password, and then a couple hours later release to evryone on website, premium or regular member I really hope this helps!!! I'm hoping we can all keep each other informed and in the loop

I get why they are keeping it under wraps, but I am sad lol. I want to know what is going on. I think we will soon for sure soon though! I've been waiting so long to see him, i can't wait!! I'm driving about 6 hours to see him and I see a lot of people complaining that he's not going to Calgary. Yes Calgary is a closer drive for me but seriously? The fact he's even coming to Alberta is amazing and we should just be glad! I would have drove to Vancouver to go see him even!
