Does anybody have a link to where we apply for the refund?... I cant find it on the site ... or has it been removed?
Do not fill in the form you find on their website but write an email to legale@pec.ticketone-pec.it and to diandgi@pec.dalessandroegalli.com in which you ask for the monetary refund and refuse to issue the voucher.
You can't send an e-mail to those e-mail addresses, because the e-mail comes back as rejected.

I don't remember reading this before, but it's from the ticketone website:
IMPORTANT - LATEST UPDATES 20 JULY 2020
We inform the kind public that article 183 of Law no. 77 of 2020 (conversion into Law of the so-called "Relaunch Decree"), published on 18 July in the Official Journal, has made significant changes to art. 88 of Law no. 24 of 2020 (so-called "Cura Italia") and therefore to the organization of reimbursements and the procedures for issuing vouchers with particular reference to "Light Music ".
In the light of the new text of the Law, which intervenes after 4 months of full operation of the previously consolidated legislation, the organizers have informed us that to correctly implement the new legislation they are already working, also through their own trade association, to acquire from the Authorities competent the necessary insights and clarifications .
TicketOne, as a ticketing company operating in the name and on behalf of the aforementioned Organizers, will update the ticket holders as soon as possible on the basis of the application results of the Law and the instructions that it will receive from the Organizers themselves.
Sounds like they're still trying to get out of issuing real refunds.
Yes, today they sent the same text in an e-mail. And yes, they do want to get away with issuing real refunds. They owe ten thousands of fans money for these cancelled shows.

Today I received refunds in full for both Lucca and Napoli from my credit card company. Apparently they refuted the promoters arguments that they were just abiding by the"law"!!! Never again D'A e G scammers! Hope you go out of business after you refund everyone!
Did you buy your tickets from TicketOne? Did you request a voucher or what did you write to them that they gave you refunds?
I bouhgt through Ticketone.it. I did send in the forms for the voucher, too. I kept a detailed record of all my e-mails to Ticketone and D'A e G with their arrogant replies and sent copies to my credit card company, PayPal as well as making a nuisance more than daily of myself to the European Central bank and trade commisssion. In essence I made it known to both Ticketone and D'A e G that I was not going to let this matter go without full refunds. In the end the credit card company sided with me and I think D'A e G got tired of dealing with me. That as well as the decree being changed this week. So keep pestering them! Be a pain in their arse if necessary.
Thank you! Congrats to you! I think they should refund everyone who bought tickets to both Lucca and Naples!

Update regarding Paul's Italian concerts:
https://www.ticketone.it/campaign/en/covid-19/
According to the new dispositions referred to in Article 88 of the Decree Cura Italia (D.L. n. 18/2020), and the consequent decisions taken by the Event Promoter, tickets for the events that have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 health emergency and were scheduled until July 31st 2020 will be reimbursed through a voucher.
Once a voucher has been issued, it could be used online at TicketOne.it exclusively to purchase tickets for future events scheduled by the same Organizer.
Who wants a voucher!? I bet no one. People who bought Paul McCartney tickets want to see only Paul and no one else. They should give back everyone's money, that is the only fair and correct way! I hope Paul will look into this. This is outrageous.

If Paul does tour again next year, then hopefully he'll scale things down, keep things low key and just tour the UK. As he reaches his 79th birthday, it would be rather fitting to complete the circle by finishing off his live career in the way that it started, by just doing smaller intimate gigs 'locally'.
Good idea.

It would be unfair to do another tour on another continent next year....
He took one year to rescheduled the Japanese and Korean dates in 2014. In 2012, the shows in Denmark were postponed, but we never got new dates. And now that the shows are really cancelled, it wouldn't surprise me if he starts a new tour or a new leg of the "Freshen Up" adding some shows outisde Europe (maybe in the US).
I think he is not going on tour until we have a vaccine or some kind of treatment for the Covid-19. Praying for a cure as soon as possible.
Yes, I do remember about never rescheduling the "postponed" Denmark shows in 2012 but going on tour in the US that year in the fall/autumn. So it sure wouldn't surprise me if he went on tour in the US or South America next year....

Couldn't agree more with you. Even though I'd prefer if he just postponed this tour instead of cancelling it and add some more European countries, where he hasn't been lately or for a very long time.
Maybe he'll surprise us by canceling some concerts, postponing others and adding Hungary to replace one of the cancelled dates?
Haha, you can read well between my lines.

If all of Paul's 4 concerts in France are cancelled (which seems very likely), the whole European tour will probably share that fate.
Perhaps he believes that canceling is the best option regarding his health, as he's in the high-risk age group and it's impossible to be sure that in 2021 it will be safe to do the kind of tours he's used to.
He'll be 80 years old in 2022, so even if it's safe to resume touring then, will he still be willing to?
