Congratulations to them both! Although, I do admit that I'm really surprised that Paul's marrying again. I suppose I always thought that Linda was really the only one for him. But it's good, I suppose, to see that he's found some stability again!

RE: Paul McCartney is ?
Paul McCartney is a very special person. He is a one-off. There will be no other human being quite as amazing as him. He is a masterpiece of God.

RE: I LOVE POEMS
Here's a rhyming one from me...a bit ironic as well. Irony of Christmas Swollen clouds and snow on the ground, Outside noise not making a sound. Bright green trees lining the street, Cars of families here to eat. Flaming pudding and enormous turkey, Miles of gift wrap under the tree. Tuneless children singing carols, Digging attention uncannily like moles. Tree ablaze with twinkling candles. Tinsel around every door handle. Heater on to a billion degrees, Australia?s Christmas that?ll never be.

RE: I LOVE POEMS
All these poems are so nice! I can't individually mention all of them, since there are so many.

RE: A true Beatles fan?
Kathryn O:
those apple scruffs, the get-a-life teens who hung around Paul's house stealing his stuff, hung out at apple letting everyone know there were Beatles inside, and were quite mean to Linda, Patti, Yoko, Cynthia and Maureen (for some reason Jane escaped it) in a pretty bad way, called themselves true fans and everyone else casual fans. I say then I'm proud to be a casual fan. but I know I'm not casual.
I don't reckon that the Apple Scruffs were actually "real" fans. I mean, if you were a true fan, you wouldn't steal things from the people you really admired.

Has Paul played Oz, since "Wings" in the 70's? Surely he has?-- didn't he receive a riotous rapturous reception from gazillions of blissed out Aussies?-- that's how I envision it, and Oz looks gorgeous, so seems like our loverly Liddypudlian laddie should absolutely pine to play there again. (?) What gives??

What's it all about, Aussie?
Suzy you are correct, we do live in a beautiful place, but we are probably just a bit too far away. It probably is very costly but surely Paul could scale down the show a bit to accommodate us Aussies. I still have high hopes for Paul coming here very soon.
But if this was about money, it wouldn't really be a terribly great excuse, cos he's pretty rich already (blimey, that sounds a tad harsh), and, well, the audience is still going to pay.
