Thanks, Gordy, I actually recently bought Abbey Road on vinyl and compared it to the remastered CD. I found they both sounded really good to my ears with the CD seeming a bit punchier and perhaps slightly flatter but it might have been my imagination. My local record shop has TOW on vinyl and I have a $10.00 off coupon so I think I'll drop by there and pick it up.

Archive Collection Vinyl
Hi, I have recently gotten back into vinyl after a long break from the medium (30 years or so!). I am interested in opinions on the Archive collection vinyl releases, particularly from those who have both the vinyl and CD versions. I am thinking of buying some of the releases on vinyl but seeing as I already have them on CD, and I believe they are mastered from the same sources, am wondering if it's worthwhile (other than from a complete-ist point of view). How does the vinyl sound compared to the CD versions? Is there much of a difference? Thanks in advance. Alan

Interesting video, not sure if it's been posted here. He does confirm that WOA is next on the re-release schedule along with a complete version of the Rockshow video. Also new album in the first third of 2013. http://ultimateclassicrock.com/paul-mccartneys-manager-details-new-album-and-catalog-reissue-plans-for-2013/

Paul promoting London Town Album.....
Sure looks to me like they're eating fish and chips. I guess even though they went veggie in 1970 or so fish was still on the menu for awhile. Great video, thanks for posting. Alan
