Great memories though Nancy! Shame George didn't enjoy his tour of Japan with Eric, would have been good to see him live!

Can'y argue with 'Living in the Material World' a fine album, I suppose it starts sliding after this, is the 'Ringo' album an early one? I initially struggled with 'Mccartney II', but love it now, I have a love hate relationship with 'Driving Rain', can't make up my mind with that one! Bruce, big statement that, but everyone has different taste I suppose D

    • John, George and Ringo solo albums!

I have to admit I find their albums very hit and miss compared to Paul's, Ringo's albums I can't listen to fullstop (sorry Ringo) and can't imagine anyone listening to one for pleasure. George's albums can be genius i.e 'All Things Must Pass', 'Cloud Nine' and 'Brainwashed' and then on the otherhand his stuff in the 70's bores me to death, I recently re-bought 'Extra Texture' and found it hard going with no tracks of note, I didn't even rip it to Ipod it was that boring. John's stuff is great but Yoko's contributions on many of his album's break the flow of what would be classic albums with 'Imagine' and 'Plastic Ono Band' being the proof. 'Double Fantasy' would have surely have been a classic without Yoko's contribution and tracks like 'Nobody Told Me' included. Paul's output obviously more prolific and over a longer period to John and George's, I find out of Paul's albums there is only 'Wildlife' that i don't particularly enjoy, which is good going considering the amount of original material Paul has released since The Beatles broke up. Just wondering what the boards feeling is on the solo output?

Anyone else think this could have been an amazing track if recorded in the studio? I was listening to the One Hand Clapping yesterday, and what a song, anyone know why it was discarded? It was a feature of the live shows, anyone shed any light? Gary
